Empowering Our Youth to STOMP Out Teen Suicide

What is it?
We are enrolling children, teens, and young adults to create a hand print and a foot print.

What to do!

• Outline your hand or foot on poster board and decorate them any way you want!
• Feel free to use any variations of markers, crayons, paint, colored pencils, glitter glues!
• Make sure your creations are flat so they can be laminated and hung outdoors!
• Be CREATIVE!
• Somewhere on your hand state an intention or goal. An INTENTION is a statement that describes something you want to see happen in your life. INTENTION i.e., "I intend to spend part of my summer volunteering at a local non-profit."
• Add your name and address somewhere on your hand and foot.
• Next, write on your foot print a first step toward achieving that goal or intention, i.e., Google for non-profit organizations in my town and call them.
• Cut out your hand and foot and mail them with a small donation, $3-$5 to the designation below.

The hands and feet will be laminated. The hands will be hung from a giant maple tree in front of 144 Main Street in Medway, MA and the feet will be placed on the fence around the tree. Our first goal is to have 1,111 hands and feet in this location by summer's end.

It is through the power of intention that we begin to create the foundation of change and ignite the passion from within each of us. It is by stating our first step that we set the energy in motion to create our intention. Anyone who is inspired, please feel free to join in!
